Mission Statement:

The Buildings and Grounds department is responsible for the maintenance and operations of seven buildings and several out buildings totaling 520,000 square feet and over 65 acres of grounds. We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for the students, faculty and staff.

Building Projects:

• Glen Head: Replace exit doors, install drywell for roof drain, concrete and asphalt repairs
• Glenwood: Replace cafeteria exit door, concrete and asphalt repairs
• Sea Cliff: Sand and refinish gymnasium and stage floors, concrete repairs
• Middle School: Asphalt repairs, seal and re-line parking lot, painting
• High School: New water heater, “s”-wing exterior doors replaced, electrical gear repairs, asphalt repairs, painting
• Transportation:  Remove blue stone, install ornamental plantings
• Administration:  Installation of utilities and infrastructure   

In addition to normal work day assignments, maintenance and cleaning
